Our History

Founded in the summer of 2018, the United Francisville Civic Association (UFCA) is a neighborhood civic association outlined in the 2007 neighborhood plan. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for residents, businesses, and organizations within the borders of Francisville.

In July of 2023 UFCA was renewed for another 2 years by the city. We hope in the next 2 years to continue to expand our engagement with our neighborhood.
